Belo Horizonte is the capital city of Minas Gerais state, the third wealthiest state in Brazil. With a total population of 2 million plus inhabitants, it lags only behind São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in terms of population and wealth.
The Hard Rock Cafe Belo Horizonte is the anchor store of the Altavila Shopping Mall, a brand new entertainment mall hosting 75 stores, an 8 cinema complex (1,480 seats) and 2,000 parking spaces in a 3 story design. The Mall is located in a privileged area of Belo Horizonte called Belvedere within blocks of the largest shopping center in Latin America (BH Shopping Mall), and with easy access to the main roads for the International Airport and neighboring cities.
The HRC Belo Horizonte is a 2 story amphitheater shaped cafe with a terrace displaying a magnificent panoramic view of the city of Belo Horizonte. A function room, stage for live presentations, open sale merchandise store, 4 bars (2 on the ground floor, 1 on the mezzanine and 1 in the terrace) and a fully equipped dance area make up the cafe. The total seating capacity of the restaurant is 374 which includes terrace, bars, lounge, dance floor, stage and VIP room.
